The demand for cottages, which has attracted attention since the pandemic, has caused the housing sales values to increase in summer areas. The highest increase in house sales value in 3 years was realized in Sile by approximately 9 times.

Endeksa, which offers real estate value calculation with artificial intelligence, in its report focusing on summer areas, stated that Istanbul Sile has lived in the last 3 years in housing sales values. With an increase of 884, it ranks top in Turkey. An 867 percent gain in value in Antalya, 815 percent in Alanya, 675 percent in Bodrum, 638 percent in Silivri, and 713 percent in Mersin during the previous three years stands out.

In this context, the demand created by those who do not want to be close to the city center of Istanbul and who do not want to live in the center accelerated the price increases in Sile and Silivri. Istanbul ranks top in Turkey, with an 884 percent rise in the previous three years. While the value growth in property sales prices in the Nile region over the previous three years has reached 884 percent, the increase in the last year has been estimated at 132 percent. The price per meter for the houses for sale in Sile is close to 40 thousand liras. The number of stocks in residences for sale in Sile was 429, while it was 77 in rental properties.
Antalya is in second place In the ranking of the increase in the value of the houses for sale in 3 years, Antalya took second place in Turkey. In Bodrum, which stands out among the summer areas, the price increase of houses for sale in the last year was measured as 93 percent. Even this one-year increase on the basis of the already high price measure has again doubled current prices. The sale price per square meter exceeds 60 thousand liras. The level of increase in sales prices in Bodrum in the last 3 years is at a very high point of the average, such as 675 percent.
Alanya was the most demanded district due to the war environment between Russia and Ukraine. The increase in the foreign population increased the prices in the district rapidly. In the sale market in Alanya, the increase in the last 3 years was 815 percent, while the increase in value in the last year was 130 percent.
